SET UP REQUIREMENTS

We like to keep things easy, but there are a few setup details we’ll need to lock in before your event. This helps make sure everything runs smoothly on the day!

  • Flat, accessible setup area

  • Allow access for trailer (2.1m W x 5.2m L x 2.6m H)

  • Clear driveway entrance

  • Parking space for towing vehicle

  • Covered area preferred (for sun/rain), but not essential

Here are a few extra things to keep in mind when booking us for a private event. These little details help us deliver the best experience possible and make sure everything runs without a hitch.

Extra info for private catering

  • If additional time is needed, it’ll be $125 + GST per 30 minutes.

    This fee may be waived depending on crowd size and event flow.

  • 15amp outlet preferred; generator can be provided for $45 + GST.

  • Gluten free flavours include Salted Caramel, Caramel, Nutella, Raspberry, Vanilla, Chocolate.

  • Available for $100 + GST
    (Not available with Up to 50 Guests Package)

  • Deposit: 30% non-refundable to lock in the date.

    Balance: Due before event (or on day by arrangement).

CATERING FAQ

  • We’re based in Brisbane and regularly travel across South East Queensland for events,  including the Gold Coast, Sunshine Coast, Ipswich, and surrounds.

    Travel is included for most metro areas, and if your event is further out, we’ll just add a small travel fee to your quote.

  • We can still serve in moderate rain as long as the ground is safe and accessible.

    For outdoor events, we recommend having a wet weather plan in place, such as a marquee or undercover area for the trailer.

    If severe weather means the date needs to change, we’ll do our best to accommodate – but as we’re often fully booked, rescheduling will depend on availability.

  • We just need access to 1 x 15Amp power outlet.

    If power isn’t available at your venue, we can bring our own generator to be run outdoors - just let us know when booking so we can include it in your quote.

  • Once you confirm your package, we’ll send through an invoice.

    A 30% deposit secures your booking, with the remaining balance due one week before the event. Payment can be made via bank transfer or credit card using our secure online system.

  • For catering, we recommend choosing 1–2 rolled ice cream flavours to offer at your event.

    Each flavour is made fresh to order by combining any 2 ingredients into our signature vanilla base (GF).

    Unlimited toppings are also included for guests to customise their serve.

    We’re happy to help you create the perfect pairings if you’re unsure what to choose.

  • Choose from ingredients like:

  • We offer packages for events from 20 to 500+ guests. Whether it’s a small party or a large-scale activation, we can tailor the setup to suit your needs.

  • All packages include unlimited made-to-order rolled ice cream during your service window, your choice of flavours, toppings, staff, and full setup.

    Power can be supplied if needed.

  • Yes! We have dairy-free, vegan, and gluten-free options available for private bookings, just let us know your dietary needs when enquiring.


    Please note: dairy-free/vegan service incurs an additional $100 to cover alternate ingredients and preparation.
