We're Roll It Ice Cream Co, a Brisbane-based rolled ice cream caterer serving handmade ice cream at weddings, corporate events, parties and special celebrations.

Made to order on our −25°C cold pans, we mix your chosen flavours, chop, scrape and roll our ice cream into smooth spirals right in front of your guests - creating a fun, interactive dessert experience your guests will remember long after the event.
