We're Roll It Ice Cream Co, a Brisbane-based ice cream van serving rolled ice cream, made to order on our minus 25 degree cold pans.

We combine our ice cream with your chosen flavours, then chop, scrape, and roll it into smooth, satisfying spirals, adding fun and flavour to every event.
